
Lynda has over 20 years experience as an occupational therapist.
Lynda graduated from Curtin University in 2003 and has worked in residential care, hospitals and homes; in the private and public sector throughout her career.
Whilst in the community, Lynda has worked with adults and children across a range of different clinical areas, however, is currently only working with adults and older adults.
Lynda takes an individualised approach to setting goals and thinks outside the box to support clients to achieve their goals.
Lynda has worked with a number of different client groups and has a strong interest in functional cognitive rehabilitation and Parkinson's rehabilitation.
When not working, Lynda loves spending time in nature, volunteering at her local netball club and travelling to new corners of the world.
Lynda is best available during the school term.
Lynda has specific training in the following programs:
- LSVT BIG (Parkinson's and neurological disability therapy)
- COPE program (managing changing needs for people living with Dementia / YOD)
- Functional Independence Measure (FIM) for access assessments.
- Medico-legal assessment and reporting, since 2009.
